Happy 2014! I am NOT starting out this year with resolutions but rather goals. I greatly dislike the term "SMART Goals" because this is a term that is used at work almost daily (don't get me wrong, I love my job...just not that phrase!) but truly, they do make sense! So, rather than drone on and on about my goals, I'm going to just post them {and yes, I cheated, the first one has already be met...but I needed to start with a success!}.
My goals for 2014:

- Rejoin Weight Watchers {done!}
- Eat breakfast daily
- Drink 8 glasses of water daily
- Limit diet soda intake
- Bring lunch to work 4 out of 5 days a week
- Exercise daily, even if it is only 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill!
- Participate in another 5K {maybe even run this one!}
- Get some scrapbooking done! {Those pictures won't scrap themselves!}
- Wear a size 6 again!
